Email is the channel that gets a considered answer; the others exist but are not staffed as a support desk. We never message you first. If someone contacts you from another channel claiming to be FreeFireNames, it is not us — we have no way to police impersonation elsewhere, so treat it with suspicion.
There is deliberately no contact form on this page. A form would mean collecting and storing what you type on our side; a plain address does not, and it leaves a copy of your message in your own sent folder. Our Privacy Policy explains the rest.
What to put in the message
Most delays come from a message we cannot act on. The minimum that lets us fix something on the first reply:

Reporting something wrong on a page
This is the message we most want. Naming rules and prices in this game change, and the sources we cite can update after we have quoted them. If a number here no longer matches what you see in the game, tell us what you saw and where.
When we confirm a correction, we change the page and move its updated date. We do not silently delete an incorrect claim and act as though it was never published.
Copyright and attribution complaints
Before anything else, one thing worth knowing: the decorative characters themselves cannot be owned — they are code points in the public Unicode standard, not artwork. What can be owned is written text, tables and images.
If you believe original material of yours is reproduced here beyond a short attributed quotation, email us with the exact page address, the material in question, the original work and where it was first published, your contact details, and confirmation that you hold the rights or act for whoever does. Access is disabled while we review a complete notice, and an incomplete notice gets a reply telling you which item is missing.
What we cannot help with
- Account recovery. We have no relationship with the publisher and no access to any account system.
- Bans, warnings and forced renames. We cannot lift, appeal or reverse any of them.
- Refunding a Name Change Card or Diamonds. Nothing here can restore what a rename cost you.
- Making the game accept a character. The filter belongs to the game. We can tell you what has been reported to work and correct the page when that changes.
- Reserving a name. Everything here is public and copyable by anyone.
- Anything involving your password. If a message asks us to sign in as you, we decline and tell you to change that password.
